Recently, I heard about four day week concept by Microsoft of Japan which was very effective and it led to 40% productivity!!

Working is always create strength for our better future. Running towards success and achievements is going to be our habits. Needs are always knocking on our doors but Facilities are not our needs and in spite of knowing the truth we goes for facilities more than needs.!

 Emotions are everywhere and emotions are in the base of relations. Any genius, inventor, businessman, multimillionaire is of somebody’s someone. No-one can decline that. Even we remember those big names with someone’s daughter or son. Any individual achievement is very small against our loving relations. Is success and achievements are more important than our relations.?! Being miles away from my dear one while she was suffering from illness I realised that every achievement is very less than those sweet moments I live with her. If we believe and open the doors of the emotions, we will find that being with our dear ones and smile candidly is the highest achievement. We always share our success with our loved ones and if we can’t then success is worthless.Though money is important in every aspect of worldly life, we should spend some invaluable time with our dear ones. There is less importance for any expensive things to gift but that given time is most valuable than anything. If we can laugh and smile together is the most precious thing in life.

Diamond times are always better than diamond rings..
